- One reschedule is permitted per appointment. Must be done 24 hours before, unless an emergency occurs. - Same day cancellations (Includes: arriving with damaged nails, more than 10 mins late,etc) will result in a $50 fee. Failure to pay this fee will result in you not being able to book future appointments until fee is paid. - If for any reason I have to cancel same day, your deposit will be fully refunded/transferred and a discount will be provided your next appointment. - No show appointments will be permanently banned from booking. - I do not remove/work over other nail techs work. - If you have any issues with my policies please do not book ✨ - 5 mins late = $10 late fee - 10 mins late + $50 same day cancellation fee + forfeited deposit.
